Howard W. Secord
Howard W. Secord, 68, McHenry, Ill., a former Kenoshan, died at tk McHenry Hospital Thursday night after a long illness.
He was born in St. Catherines, Ont., Canada, on Jan. 3, 1912, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin H. Secord. In 1921 he movled to Kenosha and received his education in the local school.
On Aug. 23, 1937, he married Miss Agnes Frost.
Mr. Secord was a veteran of WorldWar II. He ennlisted in the U. S, Army in 1944 and received
his honorable discharge ln 1946 after serving in Germany.
He moved from Chicago, Ill., to McHenry in 1957. He was formerly employed by the Union
Special Machine Co., Huntley, Ill., and the Illinois State Police, but he had retired last January because of ill health.
Mr. Secord was a member of the Faith Presbyterian Church, McHenry; the Germania Lodge 182, F. and A. M., Chicago; VFW Post 4600 and the American Legion post in McHenry.
Survivors are his wife, his, his mother, Mrs. Effie Secord of Kenosha; a brother, Charles Secord, Kenosha and a sister Mrs. Kenneth (Celia) Fuchs, Edina, Minn.
His father preceded him in death on Oct. 31, 1961.

Charles T. Secord, 67, of 1216 W. Oakleaf drive. McHenry, died unexpectedly Monday morning, April 10. at McHenry hospital.
Mr. Secord was born in St. Catherine, Ontario. June 3. 1910, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin C. Secord.
He had been employed part time at McGee's Men store, McHenry.
His widow. Agnes of McHenry, survives along with two sons, Don of Green Bay, Wis, and Bill of Delavan, Wis; four grandchildren: and a sister, Mrs. Kenneth Fuchs of Summit, N.J.
The Hansens funeral home of Kenosha, Wis. scheduled visiting hours Wednesday from 5 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. with burial at Green Ridge cemetery, Kenosha. F. Secord

Agnes F. Secord, 73, formerly of Kenosha, late of Mequon, died there Wednesday moming (June
22, 1988) at the Mequon Health Care Center.
The daughter of the late Anton and Martine (Petersen) Frost, she was born Sept. 27, 1914 in Racine.
She attended local schools and was a graduate of Kenosha High School.
She lived in the McHenry, Ill. area for many years, and moved to Mequon in February 1984.
On Aug. 23, 1937 she married Howard Secord. He died June 18, 1970. She married Charles Secord on Aug. 7, 1971. He died April 10, 1978.
Surviving her are a half-sister, Mrs. Armand (Marie) Silvestri, Sun City West, Ariz., and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Billie Frost, Grafton.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Clarence, on Oct. 3, 1986.
The Hansen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
