Sverker I King of Sweden 1146,1431
Notater: Sverker was a large landowner from Östergötland. According to Westrogothic law (1240), his father's name was Cornube, but according to Skáldatal, his father's name was Kol. He was acknowledged as king at the beginning of the 1130s and conquered Västergötland and its ruler Magnus the Strong. Sverker ruled for about 26 years, but not much is known about him. The convents and monasteries of Alvastra, Nydala and Varnhem were founded. Sverker blev gift med Ulfhilde Hakonsdotter, datter af Håkon Finnsson og N.N. (Ulfhilde Hakonsdotter blev født i 1095-1100 og døde i 1148.) Sverker blev derefter gift med Richiza of Poland, datter af Boleslaw III Krzywousty King of Poland og Salome von Berg-Schelklingen, omkring 1148. (Richiza of Poland blev født den 22 Apr. 1116 og døde efter 25 Dec. 1155.) |
