Theodora Komnena or Theodora Comnena, died 2 January 1184) was a daughter of Andronikos Komnenos and his wife, Eirene (?Aineiadissa). Based on the writings of Niketas Choniates, it is likely Theodora was Andronikos' second daughter. The year of Theodora's birth is unknown

Theodora blev gift med Heinrich II Herzog von Oesterreich, søn af Leopold III von Österreich, Markgraf von der Ostmark og Agnes von Waiblingen, i 1149. (Heinrich II Herzog von Oesterreich blev født omkring 1112, døde den 13 Jan. 1177 og blev begravet i Schottenkloster, Wien, Austria.)
