Irene Doukaina or Ducaena (Eirene Doukaina; c.1066 - 19 February 1138) was a Byzantine Empress by marriage to the Byzantine emperor Alexios I Komnenos, and the mother of the emperor John II Komnenos and of the historian Anna Komnene.
Eirene blev gift med Alexios I Komnenos Emperor of Byzantium, søn af John/Ioannes Komnenos patrikios og Anna Dalassene Regent of Byzantium, omkring 1078. (Alexios I Komnenos Emperor of Byzantium blev født mellem 1048 og 1057 og døde den 15 Aug. 1118.)
